Brain and Spine Problems

I have headache from almost 4 months and dizziness from almost 2 weeks in right side of my head starting from neck to eye.

I am feeling forehead and head tightness towards neck.. which is giving me discomfort. What might be the issue..

Have fatigue, anxiety, muscle pain, heart palpitations, heartburn,pins and needles feeling etc. Have had b12 deficiency thrice in the past 6 years. Had taken injections each time and got better but issues come back. Doctors did not warn me of staying careful about this deficiency as it can come back. Last year February got GERD. Took a lot of antacids and had to depend on them everyday. So saw a doctor who asked for a b12 test. Unfortunately i started taking b12 injections before getting tested . My stomach is a lot better now but all the issues come back as i stop taking injection within a week. I am always tired and have no interest in doing anything. B12 has destroyed my life. When i look back i realise these symptoms started 8 years back. I can't help but think b12 has caused permanent damage to my body. Please let me know if there is any hope for a normal life ahead.

Hello doctors I have been taking Clobazam 10 mg at night and Lacosamide 100 mg twice a day. Now I have decided to take clobazam 5 mg twice a day instead of take 10 mg night. I have asked with my neurologist through online he has said okay but I still want to be sure for this will okay from here doctors.  I hope this will be safe and will not cause any problem. My MRI finding is Calciofied granuloma and left Mesial Temporal Sclerosis. Please suggest.

Hi, I had a low BP 90/60 4 days ago after I had a bad cold and cough continuously along with vitamin d deficiency and I also made the mistake of talking a lot which together made me feel tired. From then on I have an occasional headache and also I can feel heartbeat in my head sometimes beating very slow or sometimes beating very fast. Now I have borderline low BP but still the problem persists. I also had dizziness which is now okay. What can be done for the pulsing behind head? Should I have a brain MRI? Please guide me. Thanks.

Yesterday, I had double sighted ness for almost 15 min in morning around 10-10:30am. Around 1 I had severe headache, nausea and extreme weakness and consulted a doctor who diagnosed it as migraine symptoms. I go for swimming in morning and I have some pain in left arm since more than a month which I feel is due to sleeping disorder.

My daughter blinks eyes for 3 to 5 seconds and during that time if we call here name she doesn't listen anybody. Seems like she got lost for those 3 to 5 seconds. She started doing this since 1 and half year. Now from few months frequency of blink is very very frequent like some she blinks after an hour or two. But earlier it was very rear. We have recorded the video of her , but there's no option to upload here for video. Because photos will not work for proper diagnosis.
