Brain and Spine Problems

Dr prescrubed me elwil 10 for mine headcahe whta is use of elwil 10 please guide me out I am having taking for one week

If I blow my nose hard after washing nose, can some drops of water present in my nostrils get into my sinuses due to the pressure difference in nose. I read on internet that phlegm can get sucked in sinuses on blowing nose hard. I am very worried about N Fowleri infection as I use borewell water (via jet pump) stored in Syntex tank kept on my terrace. So, it is difficult to add chlorine tablets to it too. I have RO for drinking water but usually we use water from the tank/tap to brush teeth/bath. Please advise if I am at risk? I am very anxious. I reside in Gorakhpur district in Uttar Pradesh. Can I take Azithromycin or any antibiotics to prevent infection?

I have hadeache around 1month, usually it is one side I have also got c.t scan done .but nothing diagnosis.some day ago I met a doctor he gave me 2week of antibiotics I feel something cure..but not completely..some time heavyness and mild pain .I want to know is it due to milk secretion or other reasons

I have tingling sensation on forehead it comes ang goes i take too much stress can any doctor help me

My father is 60 years old and has been diagnosed Ischaemic  lesions in bailetral subcortical White matter , generalised CEREBRAL ATROPHY with Uric acid 9.7 and LDL cholesterol 152.3. Calcium 7.9. his blood pressure was 200/100 but now  it comes  130/90 .Now  Consultant physician (MD) has prescribed the continue medicine as Telma 20, Deplatt 75, Aztor 20 , Neurozan, zacalmax, fabuget 40. After taking couple of months my father is not at recovering stage. So what I have to do? Have to consult neurologist?

Hiii...my father having problem of dizziness since 3 to 4 months...he also have spondelisis problem.he has dizziness for long tim e...it keeps for 1 to 2 hours and sometimes it comes twice or thrice a day...we have all his MRI reports like back and brains...all reports are normal...our doc said that it is happening becuse of the ear issue.so we r not able to understand why is he still having dizziness...what is the actual reason behind it...please guide.

I faced a problem that my left side leg and hand tighten for 20 or 30 sec after that it relax. Can anyone suggest that which field it can cure my problem. Many people suggesting for homeopathy. I real I don't know about it. It was happened in July 1 to 12 after that it not happen. I left tablets on 22 of July and started again on 21 Aug.between that no seizure came. Can anyone suggest better treatment for this. What I have to do. I can use the pay consultant if I feel. I done MRI also.
