Brain and Spine Problems

One side of my face (not only face) hurts badly. This happens almost everyday.. I got checked and made sure it wasn't an eyesight problem. Although I do wear specs. Please help

Is sibileum is an addictive drug ?can we take this whenever head ache starts?i am getting headache ?

Dear Doctor, My brother recently fallen down on the road in the morning after had a breakfast. He was unconscious about 10 min. After that he was ok and for the safe side we have taken him to hospital and MRI along with EEG and Sugar test done. As per the test results, he is having sugar and no other findings in EEG but in MRI is showing some calcified granauloma found. I have attached scan screen shot. Please check and let us know is this Normal or anything serious. Thanks in advance doctor.

Can I crush and eat amitone 10 mg  I have phobia of swallowing pills . While swallowing it remains in my toungue for at least 5 sec and after swallowing my toungue feels weird .it often happens with amitone

My Father in law had Cancer surgery in July post to that he was alright and recovering but now from last 15 days he is feeling severe weakness and pain in both arms and legs and is not able to take weight infact he is not able to stand on its own.

What kind of blood tests help in checking blood coagulation parameters to rule out DVT. How can I know if the swollen part on my thigh after sitting for a long time and wearing tight pants could be Meralgia paresthetica or something else? Thankyou

I sat for a relatively longer time yesterday while traveling and also had my lunch late which caused gastric. After coming back I took a nap and woke up to leg pain..it was particularly in the knee and my legs felt little heavy. I stretched my legs and rested them in a higher position and the pain went. But it came back ( only one leg now) and I felt my thigh is swollen and hard to touch as compared to another thigh. I kept my leg on a pillow and slept but I m unable to sleep till now as there was leg pain throughout the night. I woke up and saw that the small area which was swollen had red nerve lines ( looked like spider veins). After applying moov and massaging the pain went and nerve lines also disappeared and I also changed my pant as I felt it is tight.  I was diagnosed with covid in may (home quarantined). Pls help! Thankyou

My head is spinning (not dizzy) since 3-4 days and there is a desire to vomit. I don't think in any work. Can there be disease.
