Brain and Spine Problems

From the past 4 days I am having headache in front part of head,boundary side of ears , above eyes .Pain is continuinous My neck gets tight and head also feels very jammed. Please help

Hi, I am feeling a nerve when i touch near the right side of the right leg ankle bone(small finger side). I am not having any pain or anything. I was just scratching the bone today and found it. Is it something to worry? Thanks

I am suffering from Restless legs without plmd, also taking medication for it eventhough i get relief with sensations but in night i get feeling as if the legs are internally shaking, they physically do not shake but somewhere inside deep i can sense something trembling, Is this happens in rls as well ???
