Brain and Spine Problems

Swaying or floating feeling while walking not improving. Can problem with spine cause this issue? MRI brain seems normal, cervical xray normal, no pain only floating and unsteadiness while walking.. Need suggestion how can this be fixed as this issue is persisting from last 4 months post covid.

Nerve pain in face, arms, back, chest and neck. Head feels sometimes heavy & sometimes light, vision issue, light sensitivity. Body shakes sometimes. Muscles of thoracic region feels sore. Can't sit  , stand and walk for too long. Balance problem and vision issues while walking. Gas problem. Frequent Urination. Suffering from this since 4 months. No relief from any medication.

1week back I got a mild injury in my left hand below the knuckles. After that, I am having little numbness in my index finger. Is it serious ? Do I need to consult doctor ?

I am having dizziness from 3 days sudden dizzines striked 3 days ago and have chest pain from almost around 15 days did you tmt echo ecg all were normal but from 3 days I am feeling dizziness feeling faint while walking bit when I lie on bed its not there while I stand its there. Do I need to check up again for chest pain? And what is the issue with dizziness

I am a case of seizure disorder on valproate 200mg BD and clobazam 5mg HS. Tonight I had around 100-120ml of beer and I'm concerned whether I should take my valproate and clobazam night dose or should I skip it just for today.Is there any dangerous risk on taking the medication after consuming such small quantities of alcohol or if skipping of medication just for one night causes any risk for withdrawal seizures?
