Brain and Spine Problems

Hi My wife is having numbness in right hand if she holds something fr long and also pain sometimes. All Used to sleep wrist band but not much effective. tried neurobin tablets too but temporary relief. Is it something to be worried about or could be treated with medication Regards

Balance problem, heavyness on left nose to brain, while walking or focusing strain ear and nearby muscles. Mild pain on eye nervs Mri was normal except few white matter hypersensitivity

I have rightside headache past 2 years particularly some place only  have headache . sometimes I feel right side ear and neck with shoulder pain also.2017  MRI scan taken my report is normal ,after 4 years again this problem came.when i rotating my head right to left side my right side neck and rightside one particular place in head pain .I  consulted one Nuro specialist he's given tryptomer 10 mg tablet for 1 month but again and again  this problem comeing so please tell me anyone what is the problem and again take scan???or continue tablet ??if possible to anyother problem in head???

My husband is been suffering from slight dizziness from last two days..Bp,sugar,normal Heavy ness in head, slight headache... He is in IT field and sits on desk for about 8to 10 hrs daily...What might be the cause..

I am suffering from daytime sleepiness since 1.5  years, i have consulted different doctors ranging from g.p to phychiatrist, took medicines for anxiety, insomnia including multivitamins but none of the medicine fixed my daytime sleepiness. I don't have sleep apnea as well, i am hopeless and i am fed up dealing with this, this continues throughout daytime till evening and After evening suddenly i become super active like such that its hard to sleep in night as well.
