Brain and Spine Problems

Having Nerve Pain in both hands, chest, neck,face,head and back and going down to groin region. Muscle Pain sometimes also. It's mostly seen with down neck position for long time(i.e. when using mobile). And when stretching neck and upper body. I got lightheaded & shortness of breath sometimes while walking for long time. Sometimes having balance problem and tremors also. My age is 21 only. This is happening since 5 months. History- in december 2020,one night, I suddenly lifted a very heavy bag of books & got blackout for 5-6 seconds & got panicky(that day I was hungry since morning). After that, I was doing well for 2 months. Since then gradually this problem has started.

Since a few months i can't hold pen or pencil properly and find it very difficult to write or draw. I can't grip them, feels like i can't control them. My fingers specially small and ring finger ache, so does my palm and often they shake. Kindly help.

How to stop hand shaking when nervous. My hand is shaking when im nervous. Please suggest me tablets to avoid the situation.

For the last 2-3 yrs I am finding difficult to walk or run. Sometimes it feels ok and sometimes I feel like my body is not balanced while walking Also I find it very difficult to see down from my terrace I have no pain neither my head is moving. The only thing is while walking my body is not balanced Pls help

Mom age 60. Has loss of balance and vertigo since last 5 days. Had ear infection for which ear cleaning was done 5 days before. Hearing loss in both the ears since 7 years. What could be the reason of extreme vertigo. She is taking vertin already not helping much

I had been taking medicines Inderal 40 and naprosyn 250, 10 years back. And whenever I have headache I take naprosyn 250. But since few days I am having accute headache from inside. Its very painful.

My mother is suffering from stroke. She was  hospitalized for 4 days under observation of neurologist and cardiologist. In hospital also whole day she felt better but at some point in night she feel pain in left knee for 10 minutes. Then after she feel ok. Now after discharge at home also she is ok whole day but at night she feel pain in left knee for some time . Doctor has given us 5 days medicine. Called us again after 5 days . The appointment is after 2 days. Should we wait or go to see doctor before appointment day.

It's been 12 years I have suffering from Bell's palasy on my face , is there any treatment to cure Bell's palasy in India ? And can it be cured after 17years? I hav sooo many  questions can anyone suggest me what to do ? Please suggest me whom to consult and what treatment is available . Thank you.

My father is having vertigo, nausea while sleeping and waking up from the lie down position.while moving his head a bit backward.

She is suffering frm arthritis last 4 years.. For few days before she is very difficult to walk.. So doctor Suggest MRI. MRI image reveal grade 2 isthmic spondylolithesis at L4-5 level with moderately compromised belateral L4 neural foramina.. Plz suggest what we do so my mom get well soon
