Brain and Spine Problems

Just putting little bit of efforts my head starts aching. I am having headache almost every day. And having saradon/crocin almost for 20 days/month is not good. Can you suggest me what should I do?

I am experiencing dizziness, heavy head, nausea, feeling of faint while walking, shivering in legs, uneasiness in body. Doc is giving b12 shots, have already taken 5 injection(2 remaining), but still the problem persists. How long will it take to recover?? Are these problems related to b12 deficiency or any other test further required

I'm facing pins and needles for past 1month on my right side back below shoulders, I have been diagnosed with cervical rib with fibroitic band(right side) compression for past 5 yrs but this is the first time I'm getting pins and needles It's specifically only on the right side back region only. kindly suggest me what to do.

I have heart EF 43% only now recent days I have lightheaded and also tongue also not in my control. It's related to heart or its any other issue?

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy, joint pains, little hedache and head browsy. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. After wake up not feeling refreshing. Due to this unable concentrate my work.  This  problem from  last 10 years. So many doctors are consulted but problem not solved. My blood test, sugar test, thyroid test are normal. I already used vitamin D and calcium tablets for 2 months  but problem not solved. My MRI and EEG test also Normal. I consulted psychiatrist he is given depression tablets but problem solved. I am not over weight and I don't have  snoring. I consulted ENT doctor he says DNS and given medicines but problem not solved.Kindly suggest permanent solution.

I was talking dothip25, Gabapentin nt. For nerve pain RLS. (at different times). Now these medicines are not working for me. Even after taking I have severe nerve pain. & After taking the medicine have severe constipation. ( Have tried all medicines for constipation). Thank you.

I have throbbing headache in the right side,also i feel in pressure in my right eye.I hear tapping sound in right ear.I visited an Ent doctor he said no problem in ear could be for stress(as i worry much about health) . I had a big stressful situation few months back then i had cold then this symptoms started.Now I am very much anxious about this. is it for migraine, stress, sinus or what?please help.
