Brain and Spine Problems

There is pain when i wear tight jeans or lay down on the left side..neuro said its meralgia ..the question is that there is hard patch also formed ...is there chances of hard patch because of meralgia in thigh?

10 days back, had a twitch (muscle beating) between my thumb and index finger in left hand for two days. It disappeared after two days. After that I am experiencing  little muscle beating/twitches then and there in my body parts like thighs, feet, hand, back. Predominantly in legs. I have mild pain in left leg for three days also.

My family member 66 has brain tumor doctor has suggested 2 tumor surgeries one is done and one major surgery is on16 Sept at pgi Chandigarh.. He is thin like skeleton now he is secreating  very white color liquid like phelgum he is not eating anything ..what liquids should i give?? He likes curd , banana ,juice but due to phelgym we can't give.. Or semi solid foods.. He has mouth ulcers also.. Urine is reddish yellow what semi solid foods or liquids goes well for all his health problems i m very confused

Hello i took covaxin today.i was taking etilam(etizolam) and stugeron medicine evryday.should i skip the medicine for tomorrow.or after how many days it would be safe to resume the medicine doses

My father is not able to eat or swallow anything from last 1 month. RT has been done but he is going down day by day. He is so weak now that he is Not able to move himself. Complete endoscopy and throat CT is all clear. This is a neurological problem where his brain is not letting him swallow any stuff. I'm not sure how this is to be treated. You can refer the attached medication which is at present going on. Everything like BP, Sugar, ECCO, Ecg, all good. Need some help on the current situation so that he would be able to start taking food or some liquid via his mouth.

My father found difficulties is walking for about 8 months... feel numbness in both legs.. in recently taken MRI  a neurosurgeon found the disc bulging in neck and mid back ... so he advised us for a surgery in spinal cord...but my father dont have any pain over his back... Is the surgery is only solution for this? If surgery is the solution means can we expect him to be normal as back or any other risk factors are there? If surgery is done what may be the risk factors? If surgery is not done what may be the worst conditions?

Hello doctor, I m suffering from dizziness from very long period bt i didnt take care of that those days . Bt from 6mnths it become severe and from 1 mnth it became severe and cant even stand properly sometimes while in sitting position also i feel dizziness i thought it may be due to low bp and monitored hm it shows 90-105 /75-85. May i know wat vil be the problem

After taking amitone 10mg I feel shaking sensation all over my body in morning or when I sleep and increased heart rate and blackness in front of eye when I stand up suddenly and I have few rashes not sure if they are caused by this or not I been a week since I started taking and I've been prescribed for month should I stop taking or not
