I have migraine from about 6-7 years and during my past 5-6 migraine headaches i noticed and felt new thing that with heavy headaches and vomit and light,sound sensitivity i am also having very severe pain just behind my left eye amd even the left side of my face feel pain including jaw and neck specially behind my left ear and if ever this continues for more i feel like to shut my eyes and blurry vision...i am so sick of this even my blood pressure also rise and fall during this. What is the actual problem what should i do ...i am just 21 years old having alot to deal

Hello doctors , I took my first shot of astrazn aka covidshield and after first week I felt that some problem in my nerve like severe pain in my head and pressure in my ears and they persisted , I was afraid ..I consulted a doctor and did ctscan of head and there was nothing abnormal ..should I take my second shot or discontinue ..is it the side effect of this shot .if I discountinue whether it will effect my health in a negative way rather than effecting by corona virus ?

Hello. I was diagnosed with brain fever when I was almost 6 yrs old.Doctor removed some sort of fluid from my spinal cord.Im not sure whether it was cerebrospinal fluid or lumbar puncture. Few years after that I started stammering,cam feel my mouth muscles twitch while talking and giving me slurry speechand then  slowly it prowessed into anxiety,stress and migranes. Now I'm facing poor concentration, forgetfulness, fatigue,upset stomach, confusion and stress all day.Cant focus enough on my studies. I'm confused about what to do and who should I consult to.

Hello, My friend is facing issue from some days, she is forgetting various things often like: hasn't eaten anything, any important task, dates, what she was doing just a minute ago etc. She has never experienced this. Usually she has problem with sleep but now a days she is feeling sleepy all day. What should be done at this earlier stage is it normal or something should be taken care of?
