Brain and Spine Problems

My father is suffering from severe vertigo accompanied by vomiting and weight loss. His MRI  and CT My father is consulting Dr. Nirmal Pandey, Neurologist in Kanpur and this doctor has prescribed in only one tablet Floricot (Fludrocortisone). I read about this medicine and came to know that this medicine is given in Addison's Disease. I don't know how come such doctors can write such medicines when the person is not suffering from any such disorder. His Endoscopy and USG whole abdomen is normal. Please advice.

I have never thinked of it before, but i realised it might be an issue. I was good in school, but by time my acdamic performance became poor, after that i couldn't concentrate on reading long like more than 5 minutes. How bad i try overthinking won't let me concentrate. I feel very frustrated most of the time. I react to a normal talk very aggressively if it is against my opinion. I get very emotional often, how bad i try can't put a decpline in daily schedule. I couldn't complte a task even which i started for a greater sake. My mind diverse always, i am impatient some time. Decession changes always, i hurt my close/family by saying foul/emotional words even i didn't meant to. I always realise that i have done so bad, shouldn't have done that. I feel depressed, can't even continue a daily schedule, on the 3rd-4th day i always forget or break the rule. I feel hard to remeber something which i studied a week ago. I am always thinking something unearthly. Help me!

Having continuous headache from last one year Heachache occur after every 2-3 days. Head and eyes both become very heavy.

I am having severe headache every evening. It feels like someone has put a 100 kg weight on my head. It hits from one side of head to the other side gradually. From my childhood I am suffering from epilepsy, earlier I was getting attack only during sleep, last 10 I am getting attack while I am working and know mostly while I am going for sleep, Last attack I got in Dec 2020

Does Melatonin supplements aggravates or effects RLS??? How ling melatonin can be taken on safer side?

Good evening I m dealing with vertigo since last 4 days. I have consulted the physician and opthalmologist. No issues with eyes. Physician has suggested some medicine but it didn't relieved me for a single minute. What should I do?
