Brain and Spine Problems

I am experiencing a sudden change in my mental State from 3 days. I was just going out of house and experienced a sudden negative feeling and anxiety. From that day i am still in a state of hopelessness. I am unable to process my real mental state. Is a this sudden brain damage ? because i have some neurological issue. And always a pain in my back of brain. now it is happening all over head. what is the treatment.??

Hello doctors, Yesterday night, my brother was lying on bed and going to sleep. But all of sudden, we heard a voice coming from his mouth (there was 3-4 drops of blood also came from his mouth) as if he was trying to say something, he wasn't conscious that time but after 3-4 minutes, he got up and was trying to say so many things but his tongue was faltering, we couldn't understand. After 5-7 min, all things went back to normal. But still we have admitted him to hospital. He is currently suffering from chest TB, diagnosed approx 20 days ago. He is on medication and treatment is going on. Yesterday night, CT scan of brain is also done. We are yet to consult with TB specialist and neurologist. Please help and let us know what can we do to avoid these kind of attacks in future. Luckily we were awake at time.. I am scared what if we were sleeping that time when he got that attack. Please help us understand this.

My mother age 50 had covid 4 months ago and she was admitted to hospital for 10 days as her spo2 drop to 80.. since 1 month she sometimes have anxiety without any reason as she don't know why but suddenly start saying "ghabrahat jaisa lagra hai" and so we take her to doctor and doctor gave anxiety tablet and 15 days she took that medicine but after stopping these medicines she again suddenly start saying ghabrahat jaisa lagra hai and it stop automatically after few hours. She doesn't eat properly said don't feel like eating now , and have weakness , done all the test all are normal like cbc and diabetes ( she is not diabetic patients) , d dimer everything is normal it's just anxiety issue for no reason .. please tell us what can be the reason. As she says she is not thinking bad or anything and nothing is in her mind it start suddenly and feel anxious ... Please help

Hello Doctors. I fell from a moving bus resulting in my back of head hitting the tar road way back in the year 2007. I did not have any issues like vomiting or bleeding or concussion as it can happen during a fall. I was fine and doctor gave me pain reliever. Just out of concern, needed to ask you, will there be any long term complication from a fall like this which happened 13 years back. I am doing fine currently. Should I get any scans done or can I just ignore this concern Please advise

I have loss of cervical lordosis and cervical spondolytis. I sometimes have wierd sensations of pulling on my face or a sudden pulling pain from my jaw to the ear. Or from the jaw to the side of the head i have a sudden tip pain for just a nano second. Is these pulling sharp pain due to merve or muscle. Cause i don't feel always. The photo is the area i feel a sudden pulling pain from jaw to head and then goes away I also have health anxiety from a few years

Can a pain management specialist do artificial disc replacement surgery ( minimally invasive) at C3-C4. We are confused please suggest
