Brain and Spine Problems

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy and joinpains and little head browsy. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. After wake up not feeling refreshing. This  problem from  last 10 years. Due to this unable concentrate my work.  So many doctors are consulted but problem not solved. My blood test, sugar test, thyroid test are normal. MRI scan and EEG also Normal. I already used vitamin D and calcium tablets for 2 months  but problem not solved. I consulted psychiatrist he is given depression tablets but problem not solved. I am not heavy weight and I don't have snoring. I consulted ENT doctor he will find a DNS. He is given medicines. I lose hope consulting doctors no body can resolve my problem.Kindly suggest permanent solution. Who will see my problem.

Sir/madam, My mother is under treatment for cervical dystonia diagnosed an year back. At first she has taken nexito 5 mg tablet for about an year for anxiety and very less tremor sometimes. After an year she stopped tablet for 2-3 months and sleeplessness occurred then we consulted a doctor they gave petril beta 10mg but still the condition worsen neck pain and stiffness occurred, neck was going automatically to upward. Then she tried neck strech excercise and ended up with head shaking and full time tremor. Now doctor changed medicine to Nexito plus and Divalgress er 250 since 2 weeks and the condition improved alot with only left side minor neck pain and head shaking sometime while on bed head tremor. When we touch the neck left side muscle it has spasms. Since 5 days she has taken Betacap tr 40 and looks like the head shaking frequently and its heavier than before. Is it because of the new tablet? Can we stop the Betacap tr 40 mg?

Hi, My feets are in contant pain from couple of day and it worsens when I walk or standup. I did a CT scan and it shows "atrophic Changes". What does that mean. Have been having nerve tabs as suggested my earlier doctor. He was a neurologist but that didn't help.

Hello Doctor, My mother has been suffering from Headache, Vomit sensation from the last 15 days and today on doctor's advise we have done CT Brain. Would like to understand the report and the severity of the issue. The report says MUCOSAL THICKENING OF BILATERAL MAXILLARY, ETHMOIDAL & SPHENOIDAL SINUS.-SINUSITIS Could you please help understand the problem and the severity. Thanks.
