Brain and Spine Problems

Hello! Myself Ujjal Mahato aged 32 years, suffering from multiple complications. For instance - heat intolerance, chills, frequent urination, constipation, unintentional weight loss, darkened skin, thinning bones, constantly pain in legs, legs, arms & shoulders as well, ( in hands & legs pain runs through back side), sleep issues due to night frequent urination, tremors or shaky fingers, hands sometimes legs, gassy, mild shortness of breath in evening and chest pain, heartburn or pain don't know exactly, and all these symptoms rise in peak through pricking or needling or itching through face and gradually that shifts to whole body specially hands, legs and back side, and I had upset liver, since childhood after having a jaundice, there after I have suffered from typhoid for a couple of times, two catagories of malaria like p-vivex and felcipherum , chicken pox, as well as once increasing high level of cholesterol in 15 years of old.

Sir My father is Asthma patient from last 25 years Sir,my father not able to walk and stand without support from one month. He fill weakness in legs Sir give me good advice.

Want to know with the current medicines ongoing is it safe to take Covid 19 vaccination - covishield or covaxin.The medicines are ongoing from last 3-4 years and there are no issues.

Hello Doctors, I would like to know whether it's safe for my 72 year father to get vaccinated or not. He suffered twice from CVA (2011 and 2018) Presently he is on medication - NATRILAM 5, ARVAST 10 and Urimax 0.4. If its safe then can he take his usual medicines on the day of vaccination? I am feeling continuous pressure in areas around my nose and sometimes forehead since last 4 months done.I have got the CT scan done with no sinusitis indication. I also suffer from hyperhidrosis and used to do iontophoresis and so was in regular contact with current. Can this current usage could be the reason for my suffering? Or it is something else? Please help.

Migraine since 25 years. Had been taking Topamax  (daily) and summinat(in case of attack). Had to take summinat 26 times a month. Recently started taking propranolol(40 mg -LA) and flunarizine(10 mg) .Migraine  attack stopped but having severe side effects like dizziness and sleepiness ,numbing of hands and feet due to this and other etc. Tried reducing dose of propranolol to 20 mg and getting headaches again. Can someone guide /prescribe me what to take? I would not be able to consult in private due to some issue so it is a request to please answer here.
