Brain and Spine Problems

I always feel an intense pressue on the top of my head and the back of head. That means basically the whole scull. The pressure is more intense specially while sitting and when I lie down, i feel perfectly fine. The pressure is felt since 2-3 months. Also, some points in my scalp are very tender to touch. When i touch it, it pains. And i also feel some pain on left side of my scull sometimes. I have no other symptoms, no pain while I bow down my head. When I walk for few minutes or when I am distracted, then i don't feel any pain or pressure. Please reply 🙏

I fell at home 1month back and struck my head to the wall. No blood came out and i went to a hospital for check up. I have shoulder pain and hip back from that fall. Doctor palpated my head and said there is no evidence of any blood clot or bump. So need to get xray or CT. He prescribed ketorolac im and some tablets. From that day im getting headache continously and my head is so tender to touch. I can feel pain when ever i touch my parietal scalp region. I work for a medical coding company and work continously for more than 15hours a day. So i thought watching system screen continously might be the reason of my headache. I want to know whether i have to get an xray or CT done? Or else is there any other reason for this?

Hello, I am feeling mild numbness in both arms and legs from 2 days. There are no other symptoms. I had same problem in 2014. I had taken multivitamins for this and then I felt okay. What could be the reason for this numbness?

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have a l5-s1 disc bulge and the bigger problem which I am facing right now is that I have thigh nerve pain, doctors say the thigh nerve pain is due to my disc bulge, I don't know whether it is sciatica nerve pain or femoral nerve pain or something else, my symptoms are only in thigh I get nerve pain (more in right leg) and some tingling in my right foot, also couple of months back I had peripheral neuropathy which was detected through ncv test than after 2 months I again did ncv than it said I had no neuropathy. My question is can anyone please help me out with my thigh nerve pain and is it due to sciatica or femoral nerve or just Neuropathy? Please do let me know as to what exactly is my problem. My niece was a playful young girl who was smart and liked to dance, Recently after she got chicken pox and jaundice which got cured and now She is behaving abnormalities like shaking of hand legs and crying on any and gets irritated she is not being able to walk or have any energy to do any.(she was never like dis before) None of her parents or anyone in family had any such abnormal conditions. Recently her blood urine liver test was done which was normal but slight less hemoglobin. The condition isn't getting better even after medication and she is turning into an abnormal acting child day by day. What should we do? Who should we consult? We are out of ideas? Recently we went to AMC where the Dr. checked her and sent her back saying everything is ok with her health wise and suggest MRI & ECG..

A point in my left scalp in the top of my head is swollen and painful since a week. The swelling is not too big but of a normal size which can be felt easily and noticible by anyone on viewing it. On touching it or pushing or rubbing it also pains. I have not been injured by anything. And i dont have any other symptoms except pain on that area. I am growing concerned about it. Please guide 🙏 It is something serious? What kind of doctor should i see? Is it something related to neurological?
