Brain and Spine Problems

I was diagnosed with panic disorder, I did a plain head ct. Where doctor told that ct is normal, I want to know if report is normal or if  there is something. Report is attached to this message.

My sister is getting treatment for Fits from past 10 years, she is using these medicines daily Zeptol CR-300, Topirol 25 Mg, Liviphil 250 . Can she take the covid vaccation without stopping her medicines or she needs to stop during the vaccaination day ?

Symptoms :- 1. Falling down feeling 24/7 2.eyes pain 3. Back neck Pain 4.feeling like heavy weight on brain but no pain. 5. If any moment in body, falling feeling is increasing.

Sometime I go to the kitchen for a glass a do some other simple task and come back what does it signify is this abnormal...and I face a hard time recalling things

Yesterday i have gone a saloon for cutting my hair, suddenly he starte massaging my head and 3-4 strike to my head... After that i have pain on my center of the head and also feel uneasy. Kindly suggest.

From last year onwards I'm having chest pain with vibration of nerves. I consulted cardiologist and the reports are normal(ecg, 2d echo and tmt) tblts used for muscle pain and anxiety, deprssion from last mnth I have severe headache mainly on left side and electric shock lyk feeling on back of head and consulted neuro and dr said it's occipital neuralgia and migraine headache. Now headache is in control but sometimes I feel lyk shivering from left head to left hand and pressing of nerves to skull. wen Im gtng urgent toilet my nerves in palm are getting pain. I'm using tab magrium, thichoren ac-4, vasfree, toficalm , pantakind dsr, mucaine gel. Still I'm feeling same chest pain and shivering of head and hand is there any permanent solution

My brother had a accident 2 months back. After that, we went for MRI. On seeing the report the doctor said that brain is fine and there is no damage. At that time there was some stiffness in his neck and numbness in his right hand after 2 months of the treatment, his stiffness in the neck has gone but still numbness is there in his right hand. There is no improvement in that. Kindly let me know the reason for this numbness and what are the possible treatment for this.

Which type of doctor can treat these symptoms. Having pain for few days and need consultation. Please help
