Brain and Spine Problems

I have pain in right hand and leg something like tightened unable to do work, that starts from neck, shoulder,hand and then through the leg

I think i have muscular atrophy. I get balancing difficulties. I also have trouble remembering things. What can be the causes of it ? Does untreated depression or anxiety cause muscular atrophy as i am also suffering from it.

Just today when i woke up i feel wanna just stare blanky. Is that a seizure or part of my anxiety, depression and insonmia?
