Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, Around 3 weeks back, I started getting little headache at thr back of the head and at the jaw area. I consulted a ENT and she told its TMJ arthritis and suggested some tablets fr 1 week. After taking tat tablet, pain in jaw area is reduced but my headache is constant from the point I get up in thr morning till night (it's mild headache with a little bit of guiddines and nausea sometime) ,I consulted another doc and he gave me the tablets which are related to migraine. I see no difference with tht also, Last week another doc told me to get the x-ray and he told me it's because of sinus and gave another set of tablets...I am taking the tablets...but the headache is still there( specially the headache is in the back head ) and it's not in a constant place it keeps on shifting. I am seriously very confused as what is happening and whom should I consult.

I think i have muscular atrophy. I get balancing difficulties. I also have trouble remembering things. What can be the causes of it ? Does untreated depression or anxiety cause muscular atrophy as i am also suffering from it.

Just today when i woke up i feel wanna just stare blanky. Is that a seizure or part of my anxiety, depression and insonmia?

I have migraine since my childhood. Doctors have prescribed sibelium 10 mg tablet. i have recently started taking it daily. Since i am taking it, i didn’t face migraine. My question is, taking sibelium on a daily basis good for health? Does it have any bad impact for long run?

I am experiencing dizziness, heavy head, nausea, feeling of faint while walking, shivering in legs, uneasiness in body. Doc is giving b12 shots, have already taken 5 injection(2 remaining), but still the problem persists. How long will it take to recover?? Are these problems related to b12 deficiency or any other test further required

I'm facing pins and needles for past 1month on my right side back below shoulders, I have been diagnosed with cervical rib with fibroitic band(right side) compression for past 5 yrs but this is the first time I'm getting pins and needles It's specifically only on the right side back region only. kindly suggest me what to do.
