Last 3 4 months headaches frequency had increased . Attached is the latest mri. And last mri post mengigitis treatement in 2010. Do i need to do contrast mri and is anything serious? Pls advise nxt corse of action

I have seen my father so many times to move his leg in sleep since last 2 years and feels itching and pin in leg and sometimes in hand as well. From last one month i suddenly started having  headache at the top of the head continue alongwith severe hair fall

I had headache backside of my head, I consulted doctor who advised me to take Druthip 50 mg for 45 days. He asked me to consult again after 45 days. I don't have headache now, and to consult doctor I need to travel 6 hours from my place. So I wanted to check if I can stop this medication as I am fine now. If I can stop, should I stop immediately after 45 days or I need to reduce dosage over a period to stop medication.
