I have face twitching is it due anxiety

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since this covid started and I took medicine etilaam and pexcep cr 12.5 and it's fine now but last week when I was in train I suddenly had face twitching on the right side of my cheeks in the area between cheeks and nose and lips ...can it be because of gas or any other issues or it's normal in anxiety and depression..it's first time and I observed it today as well as I didn't eat for for 3-4 hours so I thought it's because of gas ... I have attached the picture of the area in which it's twitching or vibrating for few seconds Please advice
