Incidental note is made of mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid sinuses. What does it means? Is it a serious issue. My husband is having dizziness and giddiness(vertigo type). Other reports are normal

Mucosal thickening in sinus is mostly because of sinusitis. As ear is connected to sinus, it can in some cases cause vertigo.
