Brain and Spine Problems

Hello I m 33 years old female, I feel sensation in my hand & feet. Also dizziness when I walk. Sometimes my musles get tighten. I h ave upper back pain almost 6 years. Actually I don't know what is the problem becoz my reports r normal. So plz suggest what should I do.

My mother is mentally not well for last 10 years She talk to herself and laugh unconsciously without any  reason And does not do any household work like cooking, cleaning ect. We have diagnose her before bt only slight difference has been seen.. Only when untill medicine goes on Since last year she is continuously refusing to visit to hospital for checkup. So we are just giving her same medicines as before prescribed by doctor.

I have a migraine pain on the left side to left ear portion ...when I will go for office it will start paining ,my pain always start during sunny time or too much feel hot or heat 9over the body then it will start paining.

I have anxiety problem from past 4 months.I have only 1 symptom that is muscle tension in my pelvis area.Due to which i feel slow urine flow.It often comes and goes.If i would start yoga than can it permanently go away?I am younger and dont want to take medicines.Are the symptoms of anxiety permanent?Please tell i am vert stressed.

How to differentiate between Nerve Pain from Normal Pain ?? How one will know what type of pain he is facing?

Why my head is rotating while sleeping striaght on bed, rest of time nothing happening only when i sleep straight i feeling like that ...feeling like iam im sleeping in cradle

In nerve conduction test, do one feel shock or electric current when test is being done? Isn't it harmful fir the nerves to get stimulated this way

Is there anything such as brain iron deficiency? If it is how it can be corrected?? I am asking in relation to RLS and as several articles suggest that it may be a contributing factor. Thanks
