Brain and Spine Problems

This fatigue and muscular pain post covid isn't going for 5 months now. This is frustrating as I cannot do anything and always feel tired. Has someone successfully treated this post covid issues? For sure, this is not generalized fatigue.

I have been facing headache and neck stifness from the past one month.The headache remains throughout the day and I feel as if something is making head tight and ears tight Two years ago I was given Oxetol Opiprol Betacap as the neurodoc told that I had a nerve damage due to tonsil operation. Meanwhile the headache disappeared after 6 months following these medicines . It has again started . Please help.

I have 2 muscle knots in my left upper abdomen area which is giving me discomfort from last 2 yrs, done all MRI, scan but nothing major.I want to know if I go for nerve block or steriod injection then how long the effect last? Also, does steiord have any side effects.. Please help

Since 3 months, I am having regular pain in my left head at one area. When i rub it, or press it, the pain increases. Before a week, it was not so regular, but now, it has become so regular and painful, that it causes me to worry alot. I dont have any other symptoms at all. This pain is not very severe but it is painful enough to worry me. I also feel very very anxious all of a sudden at night while going to sleep, which I dont know why? Because I am a very jolly person, and I don't have any reason to worry about. I will be really grateful if i get your help and support 🙏 Also, do I need any CT Scan or MRI of the brain??

I have had issues of tingling sensation in my feet in 2019, 2020, and now in 2021. In 2019, my Vit D and Vit B12 levels were normal. My neurologist concluded that it was anxiety and prescribed anti depressant Nexito Plus and Nexito 10 for 3 months. In 2020, I again got the same tingling in the feet. The problem here was that when I was taking Vit B12 food or Vit B12 supplements, the tingling would aggravate more. So I again took anti depressant Nexito Plus and Nexito 10 for 3 months till it stopped, after which I could eat B12 foods. Now in 2021 again the same tingling has started. When I eat eggs/drink milk/milk products, the tingling increases. What can be the reason for this? Pls give me your views.

My wife is feeling mild pain and heaviness in her right side of head,forehead, right eye and below to eye.She is facing it since four-five months. The neuro physician, on consulting,refereed to ENT/EYE surgeon saying that it is not related to neuro.ENT surgeon advised CTCNS and confirmed no sign of sinusitis eye is also found normal .Will anybody help me to advise or suggest in this regard.

This is my mother's CEMRI report. Is there something to worry. She is 56 years old and recently got laproscopic Cholecystectomy done to remove gallbladder. She experiences pain once in a week or so in right back side mainly right shoulder which spreads to front .

I am having heaviness in my back of my neck and back ant top portion of my head. I have pain in back of my eyes and I have normal headache as well (headache reduced after taking FNR 10). Along with the heaviness, I am feeling slightly dizzy as well. I have been facing this issue since couple of weeks and I am taking vertin and FNR since a week. The problem gets aggrevated when I am sitting up and working on my laptop
