Brain and Spine Problems

I am having constant headache since 4 5 days at the back of my head and maybe because of that i am not able to sleep properly. This is affecting my quality of sleep i guess. Earlier i used to sleep really peacefully but not i feel my head is constantly spinning. Please suggest something that will cure the problem of headache and for good sleep.

I want to know if we use tablets for migrane will we gain weight.i am suffering from migrane headache

Cervical spondylitis stiffness in the neck to below head area. Whenever pain starts some pimples occurs on the back and below the head and neck area. Due to this I'm not able to do the wait training in the gym. And sometimes it happens even when I'm not doing gym.

I suffered by sleep paralysis 4 years ago. When tried to wakeup putting hard effort I experienced like some thing tearing in my left back bone muscle. Then I took altraday and muvera tablets on prescription of my doctor. But pain like muscle catch in left back repeated often. MRI was normal. After a eight months my hand little and ring finger pain begun with mild numbness and sensitive to cold water. My NCV , scan tests was normal. Doctor and me suspected for carpal tunnel syndrome. Then I started various gabapantine medicines. But it helped for only some time. Now a days I am experiencing cotinuous pain with mild numbness in ring and little fingers. Pain intensity is high in left hand. Pain goes after gabapantin tablet and starts again from next day noon. Severity is whenever I put pressure during bowelmovement or gas pass I am experiencing severe pain in left fore finger and middle finger. Pain comes like passing though left shoulder to said fingers with tearing sensation

She deducted for mild migraine and consulted with Dr. Done medicine course but she felt drowning and gas problems. We are not sure what should be the treatment

Hello, I am not able to stand up in the morning when I wake up. I don't get strength in getting up and standing up. As soon as I stand up somehow, I fell. This has happened with me 2-3 times in the last 3 years. I went to a neurologist and he suggested me to take potassium chloride syrup KESOL. doctor advised me to avoid eating rice in the night. Please suggest what to do. This is urgent.
