Brain and Spine Problems

I dont feel urge to urine or sometimes feel a very little sensation from last few days.I dont feel the urge through the entire perineum area.It is happening from last 2-3 months but it usually comes and goes.Now again it comes.I am having anxiety related issue from 8 monts.Is it just anxiety again or something else.I have no pain and no injuries

Hello, I am having back head pain (mostly on right side) from last year. An year ago, I suddenly had shortness of breath & chest pain on 1 day. consulted general physician who did chest xray, cbc profile, ecg & pft, all were fine except for hb being low at 9.3. Took medicines for HB & montair for sometime, afterward started getting almost constant back head pain, palpitation (sometimes). Did neck xray, thyroid test, vitamin D etc, vitamin D was 7.5, rest all ok. Doctor suggested all this to be anxiety related and gave anti depressants took them for around 6 months. After that also headache is still there on some days, also felt jaw pain & blurry vision on few days & recently started having recurrent abdominal pain & bloating. Ultrasound suggests kidney stones & an enlarged liver, taking homeopathy medicines for same. Now from 3-4 days, I feel like a fluttering feeling in my leftarm above elbow & random numb spots on my arms for few secs. please help & suggest if this is anxiety or else

Me sometimes once in a 2 -3 years suffered from feat and involuntary movement of body and my body fully disabled and I am fully unconscious and not in a talking condition.

I feel headache punch for two sec and goes at top head  and sometimes at back of head.it comes frequently many times.

I am facing problem like burning sensation and muscle twitching sometimes but daily occuring. Today I also noticed some mouth ulcers but there is no pain in mouth ulcers. Also feeling cord like feeling thought out the body it's like some cords are placed throughout body. Please give me some advice.

For which limb Dr has prescribed this test ?Can it detect problems arising due to cervical spine too?

Hi Doctor I recently started taking this table for Migraine does it has any side effects. Recently I have done blood test in which results show ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ) PHOTOMETRY 37.46 U/l < 35 ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) PHOTOMETRY 45.81 U/l < 45 Is it okay if I consume this tablet. Will I get any side effects in liver. Kindly advise me which suits best

Respected Doctor, i have been taking Gabapentin since almost 2 months for rls but been suffering from daytime sleepiness due to it, how to overcome this?

My mother had TIA last year in March and May 2020.. post that she is on Clopivas AP 75 and Atorlip 10 and Calten D. She was further diagnosed with Moya moya disease last year as per her CT Angiogram of intra vascular cells. However, the CT Angiogram of Arch of Aorta doesn't show any such symptoms. She seems good now and is active physically and mentally in day to day work... Her lipid profile, BP, sugar, thyroid, CBC, urea and creatine all are in normal range. We donot want to go for any surgery.. need suggestions on the treatment.. please help..

I had covid 4 months back but since last one month I have been experiencing dizziness, lack of concentration. Always feels like whistle kind of sound in the brain. What could be the reasons and what are the diagnosis to get this fixed? Note: I have had palpitations issue and anxiety sometimes.
