Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I hav headache from past 1 month. This headache is always there when I get up in the morning till I sleep. I showed to many doctors but no solution. 2 weeks ago I consulted a neurologist and got the mri done and got the vitamin d n b12 checked. I have deficiency of vitamin d and vitamin b12. And in mri Everything looks normal. I am taking baga-nt 400 tablets once a day and also nextop-25 once a day. But I don't see much difference. After taking the tablets I feel kind of dizzy. I am very confused now as what to do. I have attached my mri reports, please help me here. I have also attached the mri reports.

Hello I saw sun from right eye and got solor retinopathy ( one full year took medicine for it (systane ultra,acular ls,/okt eye drops ( genteal/eyemist gel) (capsule - on alternate days- alspar/novoret neo/vesoret/gloeye changed on monthly basis) .. One day (10 July) I was giving mock test for my exam on iPad and got a feeling of vomiting and head pain and neck stiffness  // around 16 July got mouth ulcers and took becosule 2/3 times per day for 5-6 days .. in 29 July got allergy in eye took allerga 180 two times for three days 1/2In morning and one tab at bed time for two days ) and one at bed time for one day .. Got dizzy ness and sleepy feeling a lot for one week after this .. Also ciplox d for 20 days in July to August and increased eye pressure to 40 .. my eye doctor gave medicine for it and it resolved in 2 weeks..now my retinopathy issue is resolved and ok. But while using mobile I got a headache and neck pain and back pain feeling..since two month. please help so I can consult.

Mom has severe pain in left side of back head from last 6 month.sometime feeling vomiting n dizziness also and did blood test,CSF teat,eye test all r normal.No bp n diabietis problem. i attached MRI report. plz plz suggest what is it ?

For few years I am having one side headache esply near eye brows if I didn't pass or control motion/stool.we did take ct scan and report says I have very mild sinus and no other problem.please suggest

Hi Sir / Madam. I have severe headache from many months. But I don't take any tablets for the pain. But these days it's not tolerable. The pain starts in evenings till next day morning or afternoon. The pain is in the right side of my head. Looking for your valuable suggestions. Thanks. Samuel.

There is sudden vibration in the left side back of my head , from last few months i am feeling vibration for like 5 to 10 seconds in left side back of my head.

Doctor, I am having pain in nerve from back of left neck while moving, eating. It radiates to left jaw and left temple. Am not able to concentrate on anything. Mild pain around eyes, neck and forehead always there. Please help. Thank you
