Last 2 day pain in my right side head .and body pain .no test in mouth . Bp 140 /110 .how type treatment taken

Attached is the latest mri.. pt. Had been treated for meningitis in 2010 followed by lumbar puncture.. pls advise if anything is ssrious and also the nxt coarse of action . Do we need to do contrast mri?

I have seen my father so many times to move his leg in sleep since last 2 years and feels itching and pin in leg and sometimes in hand as well. We have taken also suggestion from our near by doctors around 1 year ago but did not take further due to not get improvement. I am attaching video of my father. From last one month i suddenly started having  headache at the top of the head continue alongwith severe hair fall

I had headache backside of my head, I consulted doctor who advised me to take Druthip 50 mg for 45 days. He asked me to consult again after 45 days. I don't have headache now, and to consult doctor I need to travel 6 hours from my place. So I wanted to check if I can stop this medication as I am fine now. If I can stop, should I stop immediately after 45 days or I need to reduce dosage over a period to stop medication.

Doctor, Whenever i shake my head a wave of pain starts in my top of left side of head to my left eye ( but it is light pain in my eye ) It feel like pain in certain nerve in my head but after 10-second my pain is gone but continuously i feel heaviness on my head infact when i sneeze or cough then also pain start and also i feel pain in my neck normally and whenever i wake up after sleep then also i feel pain What i do please suggest some medicine for relief
