Brain and Spine Problems

Mom has severe pain in left side of back head from last 6 month.sometime feeling vomiting n dizziness also and did blood test,CSF teat,eye test all r normal.No bp n diabietis problem. i attached MRI report. plz plz suggest what is it ?

I take tablets Tegrital CR 400 (one at morning and one at night), Epilex chronicles 300 (1 at morning) and Lovingly 500(one at night) for Fitz( seizures ). Is it safe to take vaccine for corona while taking above tablets?? Do I need to take vaccine after a certain time after taking above tablets? Thanks in advance for your opinion.
