Brain and Spine Problems

My doctor prescribed some tablet but still there is no relaxation in my numbness it is constant in my middle finger with mild pain and burning sensation..Merve conduction velocity test is normal..Now what to do..dont know..tell me which doctor is best for this numbness..I dont know whom i would consult now..As neurologist prescribed me some medicines and those were not effective

Since last 1 month, I have tingling in the left foot. It increases when I eat B12 foods like milk and milk products and eggs. What can be the reason? Any home remedies for this?

The patient is diabetic and hypertension along with some neuro problem. Asper last report FBS is 224, BP is 130/78 after medication. Currently he is suffering from vertigo associated with vomiting tendency and loss of appetite. He had been also suffered from allergy one week ago though it is under control after taking levosiz m and dermocal lotion. I have a bad headache in the entire crown area every time I step out of the house. Even if theres no sunlight and I'm only in shaded areas I end up with a terrible headache.

Im a night shift worker, i work from home till about 3am, and lately I've been having falling asleep till 9am. It keeps getting pushed further and further till i wake up at 5 or 6pm. It is hampering my social life. No issue with sleep quality. I think i have DSPS. Please help so i can sleep again at 4am or so.
