Brain and Spine Problems

I often get severe headaches with dizziness , which mostly is accompanied by nausea as well. At times, it even occurs at a frequency of 5 out of 7 days a week. I do take medication for migraine. But other times it doesn't seem to be migraine headache since its spread all over my head. Often when I wake up from sleep, I wake up with prolonged severe headache and nausea. I have even waken up at 3 am due to this headache.

I'm getting headaches monthly average 4-6. No vomiting and other symptoms. Usually headache comes full head or one sided. I take Naxdom 250/500mg to relieve from the headache and feel relaxed. CT plain - normal MRI - Normal EEG - Normal Spinal Tap (CSF Pressure monitoring) - Normal Please I would like to know the reason for my unknown headaches. I'm really worried and please suggest me how can I get away from these frequent headaches. Shall I try Acupuncture/Homeopathy/Ayurveda or English medicine only.

2 days ago in the evening bp.-190mm Yesterday morning-179 Afternoon in clinic-150 &90 Telmisartan (40mg)and hydrchlorathiazide(12.5mg) given for high bp.After few hours heavy headache.Then in the evening dose of propranolol 40mg +flunarizine 10mg given.Headache reduced after that.Today morning again Telmisartan (40mg)and hydrchlorathiazide(12.5mg) was given.After 3 hours extreme headache and tiredness.Now today  in the evening around 4:30, propranolol 40mg +flunarizine 10mg was given but but headache has not reduced too much.Current bp -128mm/hg,79mm/hg, pulse rate 99.FEELING VERY TIRED .IS IT SIDE EFFECT OF TELMISARTAN?THANKS IN ADVANCE.age 52 yrs.Neurological treatment for spine problems going on.

I have been having this uncomfortable feeling while sleeping since a year which disturbs my sleep along with body aches. I visited a general physician and took few blood tests and they were fine then I visited a neurologist. H e conducted Nerve conduction study(no abnormalities) and also I underwent MRI(no abnormalities) finally he said I have somatic depression. After taking taking the tablets he prescribed my symptoms flared up so I stopped those tablets. Now after an year since few months I am having this uncontrollable urge to move my body while sleeping. My body is sweating whole day mainly my upper part. One neurologist asked me to take H1ABC , Vitamin B12, thyroid tests. I am fed up taking all the tests. Kindly someone please advise me what I can do now. I am taking clonazepam 1mg and nexito 10mg for anxiety disorder. My anxiouusness has gone, but my sweating is still there.

Hi, A week ago, I talked a lot even after I was very tired and after this, I felt extremely tired for that entire day and also a weird sensation in my neck like my neck was too tight and my head was feeling heavy and dizzy. Now everything is alright but i continue to feel a strong pulse behind my head sometimes which is too fast. I try to ignore it but i cannot, and it bothers me a lot. Iam unable to sleep with a strong pulse present in my head. What can I do to make it go? Pulse is continuous with every heart beat.

My mother is suffering from shoulder pain since two days she is about thirty eight years old... Left shoulder plz advice me some thing and also she is suffering from hand shivering this is another problem and blue nerve is started appearing about 45% kindly tell if its not a thing to get scared too muchh will she get fine?

Can I take half a tablet of folvite 5 mg with valparin chrono 200 or should I take any other folic acid supplements.

I have undergone through spinal Tap - CSF pressure monitoring (CVP manometer). After the procedure doctor said no issues identified. Everything is ok. Take Naxdom 500mg when you get headache he suggested. After the procedure I was in bed for only 20min. After that I went to home. In 48hrs, headache has been started. When I stand and sit headache is coming. If I sleep no headache. I think it's post headache after the procedure. Usually we need to be on bed for atleast 2-4hrs after the procedure, but in my case only 20 min. Please let me know if that's a issue. Now I can't sit or stand. I have taken Naxdom 500mg to relieve from the pain. Please let me know what shall I do now to completely recover from this lumber puncture post headache? Is this going to be a health issue in future ??? Please answer and help me sir/madam. Thanks in advance.
