I m a Spinal TB patient? I m taking ethambutol from eight months alongwith others medicines. When should I worry that ethambutol is creating problems to my eyes ?

What is the average duration of Spinal TB treatment ? What is the usage duration of ethambutol in Spinal TB treatment?

I m under spinal TB treatment from Feb 1 . From few days there is problem persisting in my vision. Doctor has recommended me nine months course of ethambutol. To till date nine months already passed. Can I withdraw this drug right now. If I withdraw , will it cause any problem to the effectiveness of my treatment? My OCT TEST is normal

Weakness in knee flexion and toe walking bilaterally. No weakness without resistance Weakness present with resistance against and with gravity Knee, hip, upper limb and all other movements have 5/5 power. This happened for the first time 45 days back. Had blood tests done. Electrolytes, TFT, vitamins all normal. Nerve conduction studies normal. Relieved by rest in 2 days. Happened again a week later. And since then happening on and off every few days. I noticed it happens every time I climb stairs up and down but not sure about it Not associated with pain, tingling, needles pin sensation. No loss of sensation No h/o diarrhoea, fever, dm, htn

How long the ethambutol should be continued in spinal TB treatment ? I m a spinal TB patient and my treatment started from 1 February

I have had migraine since i was 15 Tried medication gave a little relief came back Other medications that have taken dont seem to be effective and just makes me fat 9 out of 10 days i have this wont go unless i take a painkiller. Really need to get rid of this has paused my life doesn't need any reason to start. Have been in pain and it's never mild. Cant run exercise work even going out is tiresome. Sometimes its half sometimes around the neck, forehead , around ears , behind the eye , sometimes pounding sometimes steady. Any suggestions on medication?

Hello, My father at age 60, suffering from headache type of pain on head and also between eyes. Met with ENT DOCTOR and taken some tablets, reduced a bit but not total cure. She recommended to go for CT SCAN of head and front part of head. My question here, is the pain related to stress ( my father runs business which gives much stress) or any other ?? If it is related to stresshow to treat ? And what tests you recommend here ??

Hi, I hav headache from past 1 month. This headache is always there when I get up in the morning till I sleep. I showed to many doctors but no solution. 2 weeks ago I consulted a neurologist and got the mri done and got the vitamin d n b12 checked. I have deficiency of vitamin d and vitamin b12. And in mri Everything looks normal. I am taking baga-nt 400 tablets once a day and also nextop-25 once a day. But I don't see much difference. After taking the tablets I feel kind of dizzy. I am very confused now as what to do. I have attached my mri reports, please help me here. I have also attached the mri reports.

Hello I saw sun from right eye and got solor retinopathy ( one full year took medicine for it (systane ultra,acular ls,/okt eye drops ( genteal/eyemist gel) (capsule - on alternate days- alspar/novoret neo/vesoret/gloeye changed on monthly basis) .. One day (10 July) I was giving mock test for my exam on iPad and got a feeling of vomiting and head pain and neck stiffness  // around 16 July got mouth ulcers and took becosule 2/3 times per day for 5-6 days .. in 29 July got allergy in eye took allerga 180 two times for three days 1/2In morning and one tab at bed time for two days ) and one at bed time for one day .. Got dizzy ness and sleepy feeling a lot for one week after this .. Also ciplox d for 20 days in July to August and increased eye pressure to 40 .. my eye doctor gave medicine for it and it resolved in 2 weeks..now my retinopathy issue is resolved and ok. But while using mobile I got a headache and neck pain and back pain feeling..since two month. please help so I can consult.
