I have been diagnosed with a perineural cyst 1.6cm(16 mm) in S2 vertebrae.iam told surgery is also risk.will it be lead to degenarative problems in future.will i get a decent life span .can i be able to work. can i sit for hours on chair.

Hello doc,am non diabetic, am having headache both sides and also in neck. And uncomfortable feeling in left cheek. Recent ESR levels are 1 hr 39 mm and 2nd hr 74 mm. Previously I have same problem with one side headache. I consulted neurologist suggested decorate er 250 and xenadom 500. But no change. Am feeling now again. What could be the reason.??? Is anything serious related to brain ??? Or anything else??? What to do ?? Please suggest

I don't exactly know if the thing i am suffering from is exactly insomnia... But i have explored and searched more about my problem that i am feeling dizzy and tired all the day but at night i am not just not able to sleep. I feel like sleeping the whole day but at night my eyes are just wide open. Or sometimes it happens like i sleep but in the middle of the night i am awake for no reason and then i cant sleep...at that time i am just looking everywhere with my eyes open and just cannot sleep.
