Brain and Spine Problems

I am having headache for the the last 2 months. CT scan , TFT , KFT test all normal . The doctor prescribed me Naxdom 500 for 5 days and tryptometer for 1 month. But still no improvement. I am feeling so much irritated and restless(anxiety) which has increase my BP to 130/90 . But my BP is 110/80 when am calm and not restless. What test or medicine shall i take?

I had requested Doctor Muhammed  during my last consultation but he forgot I guess. I am 53 and off late during the night I get up to urinate and then for 2 hours or so I don't get sleep. Earlier also I used to get up but ii did not have a problem in going back to sleep. Kindly help. Thanks, Anand.

Iam suffering frequent urination from 10/11 months ago the i went to hospital for treat frequent urination ...after 5-6 months burning sensation on pelvic region...burn only while sitting...when i sit the burn is started...Burn place is not exact burn somewheres...I feel too much hot in pelvic region while sitting or sleeping position...all the lab reports USG & thyroid is normal??

Hi .. Sometimes I am getting pain in arch of the foot(left side) and left hand palm and chest burning sensation and pain as well .. Kindly let me know what is the issue and to whom I have to consult , either orthopaedic or neurosurgeon or gastro.. Thanks

My mother is 48 yo She is suffering from a condition in which her legs pain only in the night when she try to sleep She dont have any pain in daytime The pain only comes at night while sleeping which dont let her sleep whole night , what is this condition called.. If there is any doctor who understand this issue I want to consult him/her

I feel dizzy since a week. My bp reading range is 130/90 to 140/90 when I feel dizzy. What could be the cause.

My mum met with an accident 2.5 year ago...she hit her head by road..now a days she is complaining about some burning sensation in her head where she hit it...or some little discomfort...she feels nauseated...and weakness while walking or doing some chores...her cholesterol level is 245...what could be the reason...local doctor said no benefit of ct scan...and she is really afraid of MRI

Had high blood pressure 190 yesterday evening.179 today morning and 150 when consulted dr.Neurological treatment for spine problems going on.Dr prescribed vintel h for hypertension.After taking medicine extreme headache.Is it due to vintel h40 or any other reasons?Will it resolve on its own. medicine was taken 5 hrs ago.Age 52yrs female.

My mother has been experiencing symptoms like - severe dizziness, entire room feels like it's spinning all around, at that time she's unable to even move, head hurts and she even loses balance. Cannot get up at time of such episodes. And these incidents have now in last few months been happening more frequently, every 2-3 weeks , one or two episodes. She also feels ringing in her ears, loss of balance and head spinning. We also visited to an ENT to see if it was maybe an ear problem but the ent said it was fine, instead to ask a neurologist. So please help I am worried about my mother's health , as she is aged I do not want to take any chances. I am afraid it just should not be a tumor. Pls advise what can be the problem, and the solution?
