Brain and Spine Problems

I had one HRCT chest due to covid in June 2021 and then one CT chest in October 2021 since I had severe chest pain in chest for 4 months and during these 4 months, I had one Xray, so wanted to know if these scan can lead to any issues later in the life or the body repairs all the damage by itself ?

Can childhood learning disability which was not treated still be treated in adulthood in homeopathy? Main complaint is memory problem. Unable to remember things taught some time ago.

I sweat too much in head and above nose while eating or while thinking much because of which I catch cold too. Also my hands shivers/shakes very lightly when kept opened and observed.

I am feeling strange from few days , i went to a short cycling ride after that i felt little dizzy and weak, after that day i am feeling little lightheaded and getting twitches in body , and also feeling strange in arms and legs , but no loss in strength as i am able to perform good in gym. My mother took second dose of covishield on 12 November. She is feelings heaviness, pain and pressure around her whole head area including the eye part.
