Head and nose hurt pain giddiness

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi28f...I was entering a shop in which glass doors were avail I thought it's open and tried to go inside but got hit by the glass door(which was open)very hardly on forehead and nose ....tears rolled out of eyes and felt too much giddiness as soon as I dashed the glass door ...sat for few minutes drank little water ...feeling too much head pain nose pain teeth pain eye's heaviness ...head heaviness ...feeling like sleepy...is there anything serious?for which signs to look after to go to emergency...Plz reply Tia...

Nothing to worry. It could be normal or minor Brain concussion. If you are Abnormally sleepy all the time when after more than a day after injury consult Neurosurgeon to get physically examined. Warning sings include persistent headache, vomiting, giddiness, drowsiness, limb weakness, speech abnormalities, seizure, watery discharge from nose, visual blurring etc.. As of now you don't seam to have alarming sings.
