Brain and Spine Problems

My head pains alot esp eye lids .. I feel nausia my neck pains n sometimes chest too . From my neck i feel pain in my back as well. I try my best to sleep early but i am not able to sleep before 3am . I am tired of dark circles now . I cannot tie my hair for longer my head starts paining and when my headache starts its mostly left sde of my head n sometimes right sde n mostly eye lids . I cannot tolerate white tube lights or any noise. I have acidity problem as well . Most of the times after breakfst i feel acidity. Kindly help me out and suggest me what to do to get rid of it. I have been experiencing severe headache on one side and it carries down to my eyes back of my neck.

I get these sudden twitches in different parts of my body for like a few seconds ! I had consulted a doctor( physician) n he asked me to take nutrihale ! It did reduce but it's still there ! Is there any other medication that I should take or have a balanced diet ? N why does the muscle twitch ? I really want to get over with it !

"Well defined extraaxial midline posterior fossa cyst measuring - 3.8 (CC) x 2.4 (AP) x 2.3 (W) cm displacing the falx cerebri towards right". This is my CT scan result. Is this curable? Hello , my dad was diabetic from past 9 months .. 3 days before he was very tired and was sweating too much and had lot of headache he was not able to control the pain... So immediately within an hour I tuk him to the hospital there after tests his sugar was 596 it was to high and about headache they told us we need to take some scans like mri brain, ct scan usg, some more scannings there in scanning in his pituitary gland there is something like tumor or bleeding has happening... In reports it was pituitary macroadenoma... And he is not able to open his left eye ... And doctors told us they need to biopsy so that we can find out exactly what is ??? I need some suggestions please

I am experiencing some uneven sensation in brain ...loss of coordination while walking and feel tired and seems like i will fall and mean while i experience some vatiation in pressure in chest... this is happening for me even after medication for stress and anxiety. I was suffering from stress and anxiety disorder.
