Brain and Spine Problems

Since last 2months I get pains intermittently in my joints, lower back. Few times swelling in my fingers. Also have knee pain. Get cramps in calf muscle. I have not had any injury nor I was hurt but I get pains. Checked with general physician, endocrinologist and orthopaedic doctor and they say nothing to worry about. I'm not sure why I'm getting pain. Haemoglobin is 11.8 TSH is 5.71 when tested recently.

My hands shake a lot so do my legs and head...nd I think that I'm suffering from Parkinsons so I just want to know the causes and some remedies.

My wife is having constant migraine with sickness from well over 10 days. Migraines are not rare in her case generally but this time it happens every day. From morning to night. Now apart from headache and sickness, she is feeling weakness as well. Have no idea what it could be. Any suggestions?
