Brain and Spine Problems

Requires some suggestions related to behavioural problems and toilet training. He understands all and orally better. But when feels sleepy or hungry then cries and irritated. He does not know the toilets when he sits or sleeps. We have taken speech therapy. Suggest us what are the therapies required.

Having pain at jaw joint, cracking sound while chewing. Neck and shoulder muscle pain. Headache with eye pain. Feeling numbness in arms and legs. Dizziness and tiredness.

Pain in the lower leg and ankle, i.e, in nerves it is unbearable pain not able to sit or lie on bed even for 2 hours. There is swelling at ankle and back nerve of the leg.This problem is since 3 months.

I have headache since last 6-8 months. no specific location . sometimes on left side sometimes on right side , sometimes behind. Its like sometime I feel that I have been hit on the head, sometimes i feel pain like someone is pulling my hairs , sometimes i feel pain inside head ( on left side and right side, someone is pressing against). My pain stays for one- two minute max and its not much intensity. and it happens throughout day anytime (say 4-5 times in a day)

I had an episode of Seizure Disorder for which I was admitted in hospital for 3 days. I am currently in Levitiracetam 500 mg BD. I am experiencing head ache on my left temple and sometimes slightly blurred vision in right eye. Please suggest what to do? Is this due to Levitiracetam.

I am a 12th grade student. These days there is an exam fever. I'm suffering from very high stress that have never experienced before in my life. Can you suggest a tranquilizer to sort out this problem with minimum or no side effects? And can you also suggest any drug to boost memory in this exam period?

I have migraine since 2008 . I am on medication since 1.5 years . I was advised to have Divalproex sodium . But nothing is helping . I have migraine very less frequently but I feel like my head is spinning and I have headaches . This happens very frequently and especially before exams . As a medical student I have exams every week , so this is actually becoming very difficult . Please advice .

Unable to recognize the problem , when my left foot goes straight there is a sudden change in my facial expression which is odd , when the left foot goes left face looks normal

I have constant ache in right leg. feel like getting it pressed all the time. and i can bear excess pressure. without too much pressure i feel restless. also feel like stretching it all the time.
