Hello, m suffering with a genetic disorder (spinal muscular atrophy) my weight is just 20kgs. Please suggest me how should I take AA diet (amino acid diet) because my muscles are getting deteriorate day by day.

I masturbated for about 4 years. But it started affecting my psychology. So i stopped it completely. But relapsed after 6 months. Then i did it .Almost regularly till one fine day. I was on and off it. So i decided to again quit it. But after one month i quit it, i experienced intense mental issues. It was almost like insanity. It may have acted as a trigger. I did yoga.Sudarshan kriya helped. Everything normalised except for some mental symptoms. It may be highly disturbed hormonal cycles. I noticed that when i did gym, these things subsideld. I don't have any facial hair.(have moustache) Sometimes i am too energetic, sometimes very drowsy. For past few months i had panic attacks.(m a final yr student NIT).But it has taken a lot of life out of me.Help me out.I do asanas daily.They help.

I got fits at night with vomting @ 11 pm after getting Ct-scan I have a warm in my brain nerve 8yrs back they suggest me to used tablets and again 1yr back i got a stroke at same timing night after taking Ct-scan they described it was an epilipsey and now i'm using tablets again morning one and night one followed by food since 1yrs. so, how long should i take weather it is curable or not........ getting to sleep is difficult for me now a days may be a work pressure i work as a civil site engineer , i live in pg hostel and taking hostel food weather should i change my food? i have been always suffering from fatigue,amnesia,muscle spasms

Total blackout. Headache. Vomiting sensation. Never happened before. Started recently. Happening more frequently now.

My Father met with an accident 28 years ago and went into coma for 2-3 months. After that, he recovered slowly from memory loss and became normal again. At that time, he took Eptoin (Phenytoin) tablets for 3 years as advised by a neurologist. Even after the 3 years, everything was fine. But 18 years after the accident, he started having convulsions(not sure about the term). CT scan reports showed a blood clot at that time and EEG report showed Left Fronto Temporal Dysfunction. From then, according to a neurologist's advise, he had been taking medication like carbamazepine (CR)(600mg), Levetiracetam (500mg) and Phenytoin tablets. Even though he is taking proper medication, he is still having convulsions. So, Is the medication good enough for his situation? and is there any better treatment that would help him? or any other neurologist to contact for his case? Please help... Thanks
