Brain and Spine Problems

Sir I m 25 y male. I suffering from basilar migraine(symyoms like giddiness, headache starting from base one sided radiating pain,visual Auras,hearing loss but within normal limit) .i had taken meds like vertin(2months)&venlafaxine(3months),pregrabalin (2 months)&clonazepam. now I m taking betacap(80mg/day,clonazepam(0.5mg/day),escitalopram(10mg).my neurologist advice to leave this clonazepam tabs. and I feels withdrawal symptoms like chest, shoulder pain. sir I need ur opinion to taper the clonazepam doses. I had done Mri of brain,ncct of brain,&servical spine and hrct of temporal bone .reports r normal including blood test like cbc-esr, suger, thyroid, kidney serum, vitamin b12 .Sir I need ur opinion to taper the clonazepam doses as I feels withdrawal symptoms like chest and soulder pains .also done ECG which comes normal .sir kidely suggest remedy like food management and exercise for basilar migraine .

I am getting severe headache every day in last few months,frequently feeling vertigo getting vomiting sensation.find me the solution

My father aged at 60 is diabetic for 15 yrs.he feels pain in nerves in whole bodyparts for 3 years approximately,but he is facing problem of pain in neck to head and shoulders for two days. Whom should we consult? Pls guide us .

Sir I am suffering from migraine headache from last 1.5 year. The headache is continuous in nature means it's happened 24hours on left side. From last 1.5 year I was not OK even for one day. Please help me to get rid of this problem. I also have mri report but there is nothing in that report

My friend is having low blood pressure and she is feeling dizzy all the time. She had suffered a minor head injury when she was a kid. Is that a reason for her dizziness or is it because of low bp?

Suddenly my head pain to much and I m nt able to see properly. When I try see something it's looks like fan is running in front of me. And my head pain start from my head to back bone also pain to much as well as in spinal cord. Sometime I do omit also because of head pain. It's happen once in every week. I have been experiencing sudden dizziness when this happens i am not able to walk as i feel very weak in my hands and legs and feel that i will fall down. It happens mainly on the right side of the body. At times, i can feel the nerve on the right side above my ear throbbing. I am not sure why this is happening. Just to give you some background, i was a substance user for almost 7-8 years consuming hardcore substance. I am clean since last 6 years. I'm not sure whether this is the cause or is it something else. Due to this problem, i am having anxiety issues as i'm always worried and tensed. Kindly let me know what to do and suggest some treatment.
