Pain started from loeer nect and upper back before 4 months. Got vitamin D 25 hydroxy tested and value eas 8.
But now after taking suppliments it is 30 but now my upper body including chest, arms and shouder, ribs remain in pain pls sugges

Headache and swelling
I have been having intense headaches everyday for the last 4 days. It's not continuous pain but it occurs in intervals. Yesterday I noticed a swelling on the right side of my forehead (just above my eyebrow) and upper part of my cheek. The swelling isn't there anymore but it still hurts. Please help.

I recently happened to read something somewhere that trying to change zones handedness will create negative effects in one's neural networks or something like that. I can't remember what exactly I read.

Hand numbness while sleep
Both the hands feel numbness little bit up to arm during sleep. Neck pain is felt permanently on right side. After few minutes of waking up, symptoms reduce but stiffness remains in fingers. I m suffering from last 8 months on and off.

Neuro problem
Since 4 to 5 years my son is suffering from this problem. He is feeling like guidinness but not exactly guiddy but like shaky continuously. . His all reports are clear normal with MRI test. The problem is more when he concentrates like continuously bowing head down in saloon for hair cutting or in theatre movie.
