But the neurologist whom I believe very much said its anxiety disorder. Can anxiety cause pain all over body more towards left

I m having mild lumbar scoliosis, Spina Bifida & Tethered Spinal Cord at L-3.
EMG & NCV test r normal.
There is continuous Neck & Lower back pain.
Can't sit or stand in one position for long time (say for an hour).
Some doctors say there is need for an operation & some disagree!
What should I do?

GB syndrome (neurology)

Vitamin B12 deficiency
I have was diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency last year. I was advised methycobal shots by the doctor. In the beginning it was getting better but now I feel weak, confused and trouble talking. I take these vitamin B12 shots then for a day everything is fine but the very next day the same confusion begins. Wht to do?
