Brain and Spine Problems

From the last few weeks i have a sensation of spinning head when i go to bed and wake up, and sometimes sound waves also travel to my ear, please recommend me what to do?

Whenever I touch any metallic object I get shock sensation. Like while touching tap, door handle, iron fence. It's mild Bt I feel it. And it makes spark sound also. But actual spark is not there. It's happening from past one month.

Have left having gutka have been more than a month. It's been 5 days having falls in head looks like something is moving in head heavy feeling in head.looking like nerves are paining.n lot of joint pain. Ear problem is also there with sometimes hazziness while working.

She keeps on getting blackouts which last for bot more than 15 secs... Can happen while doing anything. And then once she is ok she doesnt remember what happened. She has also mentioned a feeling of falling down while experiencing a fit/blackout.. Also recently she has starting having a nervous problem where she says when she tries to touch something for a second she feels as if she is touching a pin. Her elbow touches the back rest and she feels as if her elbow broke. Although nothing happens to her. But still i am worried. Anything that is going on needs to be treated asap. please help

I ride bike on a daily basis & travel around 45kms. I have got a back pain & also have a problem in my left bum, involuntarily I feel a compression in the bum for 2-3 seconds which extends to left knee & foot. I got the MRI scanning done, results were pretty normal & took prescribed tablets for a month but for no use. I feel it's a nerve problem, kindly suggest the treatment.
