Faint and fatigue problem
Since a few years, i'm having this problem of fainting and weakness and since one year I always feel too tired and breathless as if I'm too old to do routine activities. Plus, things go just worse when I'm going through some strenuous mental work. Does this all indicate that i need to refer a neurologist?

Head ache while travel
Whenever I use mobile or laptop while travelling in car, bus, taxi, train, flight i get head ache and feel uncomfortable in stomach. Sometimes This stomach uneasiness continues for couple of days. This problem is there since 4-5 years. But there is no problem when i read news paper or books.

Confusion while talking
I have great trouble talking.I jumble the words and cant speak them in a proper sentence.i just say the word wrong in the sentence which is completely unrelated to the topic.I am taking vit b12 tablets as i thought this might help but still the same problem. Also,I feel weak and get weird pain and tingling in my head.
