I have neck pain since 2 weeks,and persistent headache (moderate), do I need to check for meningitis
I tried touching my chin to chest (as read on net) but I couldn't.

Meningitis is usually associated with fever and neck stiffness and altered sensorium..as you have said you don't have any of the symptoms.. So it is unlikely a meningitis.. Consult a neurologist and follow his advice
