Hello, neurological problem correlates with imaging findings, does patient have any weakness of left hand muscles like difficulty in gripping MRI cervical spine report needs to be assesses as the pressure on nerve root or spinal cord would be seen only on MRI cervical spine, seeing that and clinical examination decision has to be taken to try for medical or surgical management.
