Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, My mother is having acute pain in lower back and legs. We are in discussion with orthopedic doctor & physiotherapy doctor. She is on medication but still not much improvement. Physiotherapist is doing SWD/IFT on daily basis. According to her X-ray he is suggesting it to be Lumbar Spondilitis. Can you please suggest what are the options to treat this issue in a proper way? Having a slight head ache since 10 days, as a notice board of my office fell on my head 10 days back..: Have never had a head ache related issue in my life before

I am taking interferon beta injections since may. But since last few days I am having mimic symptoms of ms. Also I am stammering a lot due to which I have lost confidence to attend job interviews. Are these temporary? Thank you

My mother is suffering from pain in head, slightly above her right ear. The pain is not continuous but is happening from quite a few years. Also from past 1 year, she is continuously suffering from pain in right arm, slightly below the right shoulder. Please guide what could be the problem. Her medical history is - Diabetes, High Cholesterol, High Uric Acid, Hyper Acidity, IBS and Fatty Lever. She takes medicine for diabetes, acidity, uric acid and cholesterol.

I've been getting headaches for as long as I can remember, even when I was a child. I've been told multiple reasons, from changing spectacle numbers to chronic sinus to stress headaches. Lately they've been getting worse. I feel pressure in my temple and behind my eyes. It makes me slightly nauseous too. Sometimes my entire crown area hurts like I'm wearing a really tight headband. Taking disprins has always helped but I've realised that's not a solution. Looking at phone or laptop screen during that period is almost impossible. The internet tells me what doctors have always told me plus migraine as a possibility. I just want to know what's the easiest way I can get a single accurate diagnosis so I can actually focus on that single treatment. Oh and I also get these headaches if I'm out in the sun for too long.
