Neck and sholuder pain
I was having neck pain severely 2 years back and now almost 75% reduced with the help of physiotherapy.. But 25 % pain in left hand remains as it is...recently taken MRI which says bulging in c4 and c5...again orthopedic Dr advised me to do physiotherapy...I am in marketing and I have to travel ...my question is that ...is it permanently curable with yoga? I am myself feeling inactive and tired... Your suggestions please..

Please consult yoga consultant or good yoga teacher and do yoga therapy session. it really works wonder. Ayurvedic panchkarma will help u to reduce pain and yoga will give strength. tk cr.

Definitely yoga helps you to strengthen your muscles and nerves around your neck n shoulder. But you need help to heel the buldge and reduce pain. Ayurvedic medicine and treatment will help you and check the reoccurrence.

Dear Practo User , As you mentioned your condition due to bulging and stiffness you are getting continuous pain. As physiotherapy given you 75% relief but still 25% pain is present. For getting complete relief you can do Ayurveda Panchakarma procedure like Manyabasti- Sarvang Snehana - Swedana along with medicine. Do regular movement exercise for maintaining good circulation over the area.
