Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, my brother suddenly fall down afternoon and become unconscious, his face, hand become like a pits(epilepsy) . When we checked sugar level it's was 32mg so we are thinking it's due low sugar. Please suggest is it common for diabetes patients or we need to consult neurologists?

Yesterday night i fainted unconcious for 30 min n some foam came from mouth. Before falling my i was not avle to see anything and there as there was some light falling in the mid of my 2 eyes. brain MRI looks normal.

Last few days a fever occur after then she became to week that she cant even wake up from bed, consulting a general physian but ther is no improvment,and now from 2 days in early morning headache and spinal pain increases too much and lost consciousness

Neck and shoulder pain in left side occurring very frequently. I took medicine for the same and it goes away temporary but comes back in a day or two.

My mother was facing random vibrations in head from 6 months to which she was prescribed zincumate . Now from one month vibrations are gone but her neck twist to left and shakes probably like cervical dystonia. I went to Dr. Navneet kumar prescribed who prescribed her few medicines namely ( bexol , becloze , cynocal, octane) and ask to meet after one month. It is early stage of disorder and i fear symptoms may get worse.

Severe headache travels to the eyes.makes my wife completely in pain.it happens late morning and stay around noon time.we are worried as she had breast cancer earlier.she is working in an high pressure target job.ocassionally extends her shifts.

Sir one day my wife sudden become (behosh).her mouth was become one side after 5-6 minut as usual fit. Befor she never problem so i am wary about it.

Sir my father suddenly started feeling radicular shooting pain in the right loin since 4-5 days.consulted a neurosurgeon.got an MRI done on dr's advice.found multiple disc prolapse from T12-L1,L1-L2,L2-L3,L3-L4....dr prescribed pain killers and suggested surgery to be done...so sir it would be helpful if u tell me,is it an emergency condn to get surgery done.?? Are there any other treatment options??and if surgery is to be done can all the MULTIPLE disc prolapses be treated at one go?? Thanx in advance..

Dear Sir or madam, recently my brother had low sugar (have type 1 diabetes from last 5 years) , after that he was unconscious and his legs and hand become like a pits or epilepsy. After an hour he become normal (after having juice and lunch). Now doubt is is it happened because of low sugar or do we need to consult neurologists for brain check up?
