Hello doctor,my mother was 40year and she was admitted to hospital because too much headache after several test doctors said it was little blood clot in brain ,is ther something to worry ?

Hi Doctor, I'm suffering from difficulty in sleeping since about 3 weeks and I've not slept at all in some days. It will started with 1 sleepless night which was not a concern. But after that everyday it is causing anxiety and I began to worry how will I sleep tonight. Even though I got sleep that night, still next day I'll worry about how will it happen tonight etc.. Every time I go to bed various thoughts start coming to mind and keep my awake, which in turn makes me lot tired next day. I've lost interest in everything else which I used to enjoy before 3 weeks and always the same thing keeps going on in my head worrying about sleep. My family doctor has now prescribed etizolam 0.5mg every night before sleeping. It helps a bit to get about 4-5 hours of sleep but not much. How should I break this cycle of insomnia and depression. I'm only 23 now. Please advise how can I stop constantly worrying about it and stop these thoughts from coming during sleeping

My wife is suffering from migrain. But this time the headache is continuous from last 4 days. She is not able to sleep or do something else. Kindly help. Given her P-500.

Well sir due to exercise my neck side is locked although whenever I tried to move head backward there is a bony effect. Now I'm using a- cervical pillow Pain killer host fomentation But there is no effect as i just fed up. Plz provide relief asap.

Need your advise for my father , aged 70 who has been suffering from Parkinson since last 4 years. Below is the history of his disease and medications so far. May, 2012-His Left-hand palm started to shake. Aug, 2012-Showed up a neurologist in Bangalore and was advised below tablets. Syndopaplus-125 mg-Thrice daily Pacitane-2mg-Twice daily Rasalect-0.5 mg-1daily. Miraculously, Parkinson stopped completely after 7 days of taking above tablets in Aug 2012 till July 2014. But it came back again in Aug 2014. (June, 2013-Was advised to stop Pacitane tab and continue other two i.e Syndopa plus and Rasalect). Palm shaking is intermittent, there is no specific timing of the day as such. If he holds anything heavy in that hand, or steps out for groceries etc, his palm shakes more. Also if he is irritated or gets tensed, or angry, then it shakes heavily. No issues when he is in sleep. He is doing palm exercise as advised. Since June-2016- advised to increase syndopa plus to 4. Please advise.
