Hello I am getting pain at the back of my head but it is not the kind of headache. I feel like something is in the back of my head. I always feel that I need to touch my head that makes me a bit relaxed. I don't have any idea what to do and I am bit confused. Plz give me any suggestion and do i need to visit the doctor.

I fall short of breath very often and then feel dizzy.My complete left part of body gets numb or starts paining with extreme intensity. Hello Doctors, My father in law (age 63) is suffering from lower back pain from past 6mn, the pain starts from lower back and continue to haunt as severe numbness at right leg. Orthopedic & Neuro doctors suggested couple of NSAIDs tablets but to no luck. Now which specialist doctor to approach? Is surgery necessary? what surgery to undergo for 100% cure? Pls mention the time duration for recovery post surgery.
