Brain and Spine Problems

I am 27 yr old, I have migraine since 2008. It gets worse when I m under any stress, either physical or mental. Recently I have been experiencing my bed shaking or vibrating when I lie down and close my eyes. Sometime it wakes me up from bed as if I will fall. It's like there a minor earthquake. Sometimes it's less, sometimes it's more Is it related to my migraine. It's more on days when I have headache. Also, I get terrible headache two days prior to my menses. It stays till I have the periods. It almost makes me unable to do anything. Whole if my head, jaw ear throbs. Kindly help. I had taken propranolol for quite a long. Now I take only PCM when I get attack . I have been diagnosed with diabetes 6 months back with hba1c 7.3. taking metformin. What could be the reason for spinning and also help e about the pain during menses

My kid is now 2+ years age and she beats her head with hands more frequently very hard on temple location of head. She is keeping squint eyes these days frequently. I'm getting fear about brain nerves. To whom I can consult. I have checked with eye specialist for squint but for head and beating habit to whom I can consult.

I have access lower back pain sometimes from one or two months. i have urinary incontinience from about three four months( i pee unintentionaly in small amount).and i do have cough from three four months. does all these problems are inter related? what should i do? if these are the symptoms of any dangerous desease? these symptoms are related to which branch of medication?

I recently started working out and I am noticing that my right lat is getting bigger than my left lat. A little research on net suggested it could be a problem of Atlas bone and might need atlas orthogonal treatment. My question how can i get this diagnosed?

I am feeling a urge for leg and arm movement and also some pain in same from last few month . what i do

Problems as follows 1. Consistent left leg pain. Recently more pain in the left knee. 2. Notable muscle wasting in left thigh and left calf muscle 3. Observing the pain after 2nd baby delivery in Oct 2014 Breastfed the baby till 11months. Have consulted both orthopaedic and neuro specialists. Got multiple Knee MRI and Brain scan, EMG and Nerve conduction study as suggested by doctors. Problem is still undiagnosed. In a dilemma to understand what actually is the problem now as most doctors suggesting to bear the pain as the problem cannot be diagnosed. Suggestions regarding specialised doctors to consult would be a great help.

Been suffering from low back pain since few weeks. X-ray suggests mild spondylitis at cervical and lumbar region with subtle endplate osteophytes in both regions. Questions: 1. I am getting pains around ribs region on left side (front & back) recently and also suffering from pain around left collar bone for a few months. Could these pains related to cervical spondylitis? 2. How to diagnose the pains are related to this? 3. Any sort of treatment available for the pains reported above? 4. Any treatment available for osteophytes? For the last 1 month I've had constant lightheadedness 24*7 with nausea. Since childhood I had an issue of dizziness and fainting. Lightheadedness was frequent but on and off. Now its constant. Never got it checked or diagnosed. Is it a cause of concern? What could be the causes for it?
