Brain and Spine Problems

Had stroke in 2005 was operated as a result my left side got parlysed. I have tried all types of treatment but no result.did physotherpy for 5 years but there was little result. I want to try Stem-cell is there any result in it and where is it done in India please suggest.Ican also try alternative therpy,Ihave tried accupuntrre and accupresure.

My father has been affected by stroke for the second time in less than 5 months. he was affected by ischemic stroke type both the times. Now doctor has advised him to two blood thinner tablets a day(clopilet), he is unable to speak and his right hand and right leg is paralyzed. I need a advice whether he would recover? Also taking two blood thinner a day wouldn't cause a hemmoragic stroke? I am worried about that

I have symptoms of facial paralysis like dryer eye, difficulty in swallowing, difficulty in speaking, difficulty in expressing facial expressions like smile etc. I found some drugs on internet for facial paralysis like PRESTIDONE and ACYCLOVIR.
