I have lower back pinching pain on one side which radiates down to the same leg heel. Its been more than 1 year since it started.

Need to know few things 1- is the pain there when u walk? 2- what is your occupation? 3- what is ur built like I mean r u obese? Do u have MRI lumbosacral spine?

do hot fomentation twice a day lower back take tb maxgalin 75 mg hs tb zerodol-MR 1 BD for 7 days tb pan 40 BD physiotherapy low back strengthening exercises
