Neck pain radiating to arms
Dear Sir/Madam, I am suffering from persistent neck pain from last 7-8 months which is radiating to my arms There is burning sensation as well sometimes I also feel that there is small lump kind of thing when I touch my neck Have done my MRI ,attaching report for reference,kindly guide me pls what should I do have taken enough pain killers Do i need to do any more test Is that lump thing dangerous?

Mam you have something known as radiculopathy secondary to cervical spondylitis These all symptoms are due to spinal cord compression pressing on the nerve root of the neck Kindly visit nearest neurosurgeon to clinically assess you and give you treatment options

Static neck exercises will help you As far as pain killers are concerned take tablet prothiaden 25 mg at bed time for 1 week for symptomatic pain relief
