Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice
Mam you have something known as radiculopathy secondary to cervical spondylitis
These all symptoms are due to spinal cord compression pressing on the nerve root of the neck
Kindly visit nearest neurosurgeon to clinically assess you and give you treatment options
Next Steps
Wear cervical collar during daytime when sitting and standing
Remove collar while sleeping
Health Tips
Static neck exercises will help you
As far as pain killers are concerned take tablet prothiaden 25 mg at bed time for 1 week for symptomatic pain relief
