Brain and Spine Problems

On 1st Aug,my friend faced unbearable headache and fainted .She got self-recovered after 30-40 mins .Consulted Neurologist & as asked did EEG,Blood test and plain Brain MRI. All the test are normal,only Thyroid Anti-body segment in blood report was above the range. However , have no thyroid problem .As per this unusual we believe doc prescribed few medicines. We continue medicines but headache is still there in every 3-4 days,even after increasing power of medicines by neurologist.Yet another incident happened yesterday,where she again had same painful headache ,weakness and lastly fainted for another 30-mins. We are under treatment from last 3 months , but see no improvement. Can you please help us know why it is occurring and what should be next steps to be taken ahead.

I have had serious teeth irritation and sensations which led to dental flap surgery 2 months back. I consulted 3 doctors before proceeding with the surgery for second thoughts. Post surgery, irritation is somewhat relieved but not sensations. Sensations comes across teeths. Although i had neck spasm along with teeth issues, i neglected neck, thought that could be a different thing. After the surgery, i still have sensations to cold, hot or spicy items. Difficult to drink even cold/hot water. I have used all types of desensitized gel, mouthwash and toothpastes with no breakthrough. I have noticed that neck spasm happens along with the uneasiness with the teeth. Also i showed up a orthopedic doctor with an xray, thinking this could be from neck/spine. But xray was neat, there is no irregularities. My gut feeling is that this could be Neurology related. Please advise and help.

I am having brain cyst. I have planned to have surgery after 1-2 months. But recently my left eyelid have started twitching since 1 week, what does it indicates, is it early indicator of a more serious matter. Can i wait for 2 months for my exams to get over or should i have surgery in emergency. Please help.....

Hi dr. .. I feel sleepy and very low every time .. N not able to concentrate while M studying .. I knw d consequences if I won't study but still not able to concentrate, n gt confused very soon , not able to remember things,some time feel so negative abt myself n decisions I took .. He is getting severe headache mostly near the junction of brain and spinal cord. when he sleep it is normal and there is some relief. when he get up from sleep and sit in chair or something else he says that he can't bare the pain. when he is standing or when walking there is no severe pain but having some headache.

I am(48 years) suffering from depression near about 16 years now. Get treated by many allopathic doctors, completed the course, got result but again the symptoms came back. I also used some sleeping pills over the counter to get a good night sleep, as this was one of my main symptoms. Now I am facing severe depression along with loss of appetite, sleep, motion etc. Feeling hopeless and seems like losing everything in life, not able to concentrate.
