Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, From past couple of months, i have been struggling with anxiety disorders. Symptoms: Random heart palpitations, tingling sensation in hands, muscle twitching (without any pain), racing thoughts and shallow breathing. Since these symptoms match other neurological disorders, hence i am worried. These attacks were induced after a heavy session of marijuana ingestion during shivratri. I had been using marijuana for recreational means since last year on almost a daily basis. Since the attacks began, i have reduced its use to a larger extent. Also, at certain times, i would think and brainstorm on a problem (business) for 3-4 days in a row, to the extent that it even forms a part of my dream. I face difficulty trying to sleep. But my sleeps are complete. Should i consult a neurologist?

My father is diagnosed with ALS. Apart from usual symptoms he is having frequent fever. His treatment is ongoing with prescription of Riluzole and other medicines. Recently we tested his blood sample, where high ESR (43) was reported with haemoglobin at 9. What may be the reason for frequent fever and how to bring down his high ESR?

Before 5 months ago I passed through brain stem glioma tumor surgery. After surgery my right eye becomes dry. The eyelid is not blinking. The right part of my mouth is also not opens fully. I can't doing proper work from my right part of my face. The drooling of liquid is too excessive from my right part of my mouth. And u am not able to take any food and liquid. When I search about all these symptoms on the Internet then I seen that the symptoms are too similar to facial paralysis. So my query is that have I suffering from facial paralysis? If yes, then what is the proper treatment for this. Plz help me ASAP.

Hello, I am severe headache in back side and sometimes it goes to neck. It has been since 6 months and mostly it happens in night. Headache intensity has increased now but it doesnot happens regularly. I have got it checked from dr sharbaindu in panchkula he gave me some vitamind3 and medicines it got better but it has again started and this tym it was of lot intensity and irregular.. I was not able to keep a pillow and have to eat saridon and it vanished. Please let me know who to consult and what needs to be done

My husband faces numbness in hands while sleeping.sometimes, he experience numbness in calves also.We went to neurologist, who suggested B12 test, which came out low (190).We have started with IV injections from last 4 months, but there is no improvement.Can anything else be done.Is any other test required? Shall we consult some other doctor or wait for the injections to finish

Hello, From last 1 month i am having lightheadedness and eye pressure. It starts after working for 3 to 4 hours on computer and lasts till end of the day. It's not a severe dizziness but a light fainting like sensation, nothing spinning around me. I consulted General Physician and got Hemogram and B12 tested. Results are ok, nothing unusual. He recommended some vitamin supplements but problem still remains. I consulted Ophthalmologist and the vision is normal. I consulted ENT specialist and everything is normal, no sign of ear infection or vertigo. I have no severe neck pain. I am going thru this lightheadedness feeling everyday. Please advice whom to consult and what could be wrong.

Due to wrong posture of neck what to do ...i am not able to move my neck any where...its paining badly

Since last couple of months, I am getting very severe headache. The pain comes in the upper most part of head with burning sensation. Because of this I am not Even getting sleep at night. Please help.

I have one sided headache which moves from one side to other, initially the pain was severe, now it is slightly less but there is a continuous feeling of throbbing on one side. When I take great bath it appears as if something is filled in head due to which a feel slight pain when looking backwards, it has been there months since this problem started. On consultation with my ENT surgeon , he told i had slight polyp developed in my left maxillary and asked me to go for a CT scan for brain and pns , should I consult a neurologist first and then take scans?
