Can a glial tumor be removed with the help of radio surgery of brain or its necessary to have classic surgery. Please help.

Feeling heavy in head, after sleep everything is fine for few hours but later on it starts heavy. the pressure in the brain increases any time. I have no BP problem but head is heavy. Recently i was diagnosed with polyps in sinus. Whenever i hear something with loud voice there is rise in anger and pressure in brain with mood change.

In continuation to one of our doctors' advise, my father got checked up blood for sodium and potasium ( serum electrolytes) test. The results are SODIUM 137 AND POTASSIUM 4.1. Please let us know the further course of action to be taken to set right the above values as per norms, if not .

Hi A month back my brother was hospitalized due to nausea, vomating and fast heart beat, his CT scan says that he has hyperdensity with calcified spot in left temporal,now after a month of treatment of that spot he has same problem now we done a MRI AS per MRI there is rim lesion in right posterior frontal lobe which is low grade glial tumor. I have a doubt on MRI which says lesion in right but as per CT SCAN it is in left. Please help as doctor advised for brain surgery.

I started with pain in my lower back since Feb this year and was diagnosed with minor disc bulges at l4l5 and l5s1 on my MRI. Since the past 1 month, I've been experiencing pain in my neck as well. Could it be that the pain from my back is radiating to my neck or some neck strain? Or can it be something different altogether?
