Brain and Spine Problems

MRI report of my 12 years niece shows Restricted diffusion in right putaman extending into right Corona radiata on DW image which hyperintense on T2W flair image S /O acute infarct. On Ecosprin, warfarin and soval medicines. Functional Protein C and Protein S low.

I wake up during sleep but I can't move any of my body parts even finger tips. I can't even speak or tell others But my brain will be working normally i.e., I can think and even talk to myself and try to be cool. But cannot move at all. This is very scary as my body and brain are awake but my body is not under my control. All of a sudden I move. Please tell me what type of disease is this and remedies for it.

My mother suffering from pain since last 10 years... dr suggested for spine surgery ..but want second opinion from others dr.

Had disc prblm close to 2 yrs back. C3 c4 c5 c6 disc degenration L3l4s1 disc bulge he feels lot of discomfort in neck, like shake sensation. lower back imbalnce senstation while walking. How to fix this permanently? Disc bulge can be fixed permanently?

Why I Can't fall asleep on my back. For over 2-3years I have been trying to sleep on my back, I lie on my back looking at the ceiling for as long as I can bear, getting more and more painfully sleepy, as the urge to flip onto my side or stomach builds to an irresistible level and ends up in sleeping sideways or stomach and wakes up hurting my hands or chest and neck, not a good day to start with ufff. I can never quite fall all the way asleep, and the tiniest noise will rouse me. Please Any tricks anyone can recommend for this or falling asleep in general? I never have trouble, except in this position, but I am willing to try general insomnia tricks.

Spondylosis with posterior disc bulges. Early cervical spondylosis with degenerative c3-4,c4-5,c5-6, and c6-7 discs withbmild posterocentral bulge causingbmild thecal indentation.

55 years old male. Traumatic SDH post Craniotomy with residual right side hemiparisis. Hypothyroidism recovering tuberculous pericardial effusion from 3 months Had phenytoin toxicity and UTI(E.Coli) before 1 month From 10 days 300 BD eptoin and 5mg Clobazam is replaced with Levipil 500 BD now from 2 days he is continuously crying whole day and night like a little baby. Stops crying for a while as he get distracted but then again starts. Gave painkiller still crying. Giving anti-depressant prodep-20 from 2 days but no significant change. What could be the reason of crying and how he will be treated. Is it due to levipil? Some medicine for sleep?

Suffering from Parkinson...left hand and left leg vibrates continuously..faster vibration due to stress... What should we do?
